Auditchain is leading the development of the world’s first decentralized sustainable audit and real time financial reporting protocol ecosystem for digital assets and corporate guarantees and disclosures. TGE REQUIREMENTS

After the release of the DCARPE ™ Guarantee and Disclosure Protocol, 12,500,000 additional AUDTs will be issued each year in connection with the prize. The annual prize amount is an estimate and depends on the actual block time.

AIRDROP PROVISIONS

The “Proof of HODL” airdrop will include a drop of up to a total of 45,000,000 AUDT Tokens in four (4) separate airdrops for initial adopters during the one year period following the final phase of the IEO Auditchain.
  1. The wallet address must contain the AUDT Token balance at the time the photo was taken,
  2. The AUDT Token balance contained in each wallet address must be identical in the circumstances or contain a higher amount for each successive block after the snapshot.
AUDT cannot be moved or transferred at any time from the wallet address. Each block will be audited to verify that no AUDT movement has occurred between the snapshot block and the Airdrop. Any movement in any amount will result in disqualification of the address for that specific Airdrop. Study again.

CALCULATION OF AIRDROP ALLOCATION

Each Airdrop will be distributed to eligible purses that contain an AUDT Token balance in proportion to their ownership in the total number of AUDT Tokens owned by an eligible wallet. This will be calculated using the following formula: Total Amount of Airdrop multiplied by Amount of AUDT Owned by Adopter divided by Total Amount of AUDT that Fulfills Received Airdrop is equal to the amount of AUDT you will receive in each Airdrop.
